Tuesday August 22 is the United Nations’ International Day Commemorating the Victims of Arts and Violence Based on Religion or Belief.  It will be an opportunity to reflect on and pray for all those who have been persecuted and continue to suffer persecution in direct or indirect forms for their religious beliefs, ethnicity, skin colour or sexual preference.

At a special worship at Trinity Uniting Church on Sunday 20 August at 12 noon titled 𝘚𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵, Jangoo Chapkhana conducts Lux et Veritas in a programme of choral music by William Byrd - a composer who faced very similar discrimination for his Christian creed.

We invite you to join us at Trinity Uniting Church, 12 noon, Sunday 20 August, 72 St Georges Terrace, Perth.
