Adapted from Peter Kelder’s ‘Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth’, learn this sequence of five exercises to improve stamina, balance and physical abilities, clear energy and unblock chakras. Build each week on these gentle yet effective five core movements. All students welcome to join with no experience necessary. Wear activity appropriate clothing and footwear.
