Yoga Intermediate

Hatha Yoga at Intermediate level:  This class invites you to work with and BE in your body, increasing body awareness, using the breath to relax and lengthen tight muscles, and never go into pain.  Included will be lengthening movements, asanas, (postures) breathing techniques, an occasional concentration, bandhas and full relaxation.
